Eva Bogren works as teacher of violin, violin and viola methodology at Ingesund College of Music, Karlstad University, and Academy of Music and Drama, Göteborg University, as violin teacher at Bilda Music School in Gothenburg and is a doctoral student at Göteborg University.
She holds double Master Degrees in Violin Education from School of Music and Musicology, Gothenburg University with studies with Lisbeth Vecchi and in Violin Performance from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville with studies with Prof. John Kendall. She continued her studies with Dr. Shinichi Suzuki at Talent Education Research Institute in Matsumoto, Japan.
Eva is Vice President of the European String Teachers Association Central Board and former President of ESTA Sweden (Svenska Strålärarförbundet). She is author and composer of Little Things for Little Strings and is Musical Director for the award winning Violin Ensemble Scandinavian Strings as well as the younger String Ensemble Sweet Strings.
